MEET YOUR DANCER

Alexa Schecht was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida and has been dancing since she was 4 years old.

 

Since a young age, Alexa has shown an unwavering passion for dance and performing on stage. Growing up as a competitive dancer, she was trained in a multitude of styles such as jazz, hip-hop, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, musical theater, tap, and more.

 

After graduating high school, Alexa relocated to New York City to pursue her passion and continue her dance career at Pace University. She will receive her BFA in Commercial Dance with a concentration in performance.

 

Throughout the years, Alexa has found a love for teaching and hopes to inspire the next generation of dancers. Alexa is a versatile dancer who is dedicated and reliable. Outside of dance, she loves all things fashion, beauty, and design. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and trying new hot spot restaurants.
